Representative Ginny Klevorn, Chair of the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:31 A.M. on Thursday, February 29, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Huot moved to approve the minutes from February 20, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3646 (Pinto); Department of Children, Youth, and Families statutory infrastructure
created; and statutes moved and copied.

Chair Klevorn moved that HF3646 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Pinto presented HF3646.

Chair Klevorn moved the A24-0209 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
