FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Ginny Klevorn, Chair of the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Huot moved to approve the minutes from April 9, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3431 (Klevorn); Department of Administration governance technical changes made.

Chair Klevorn moved HF3431 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Chair Klevorn moved the H3431DE4 amendment.

Chair Klevorn presented the H3431DE4 amendment.

Minnesota House Research and Fiscal staff provided an overview and informational walkthrough of the H3431DE4 amendment.
