PROPERTY TAX DIVISION MINUTES

Representative Dave Lislegard, Chair of the Division on Property Tax, called the meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on March 6, 2024, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Lee moved that the minutes of February 21, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Lislegard moves the A1 amendment for the Agbaje bill to be amended

Chair Lislegard renewed his motion that HF3604 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Testimony may be limited to two minutes per testifier.
