Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the informational meeting to order at 01:00 P.M., on December 12, 2023, in Room 120 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Public Testimony: Anyone who would like to provide public testimony on the Transit Rider Improvement Program (TRIP) must sign up in advance by 3:00 PM on 12/11. Email the Committee Administrator to sign up, matt.baumann@house.mn.gov. Testimony is limited. The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the chair, and is subject to change. Please plan accordingly.

Written Testimony is also encouraged and must be submitted in word or PDF form to the Committee Administrator by 3:00 PM, 12/11.
