TRANSPORTATION FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 8:32 AM on March 19, 2024, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of March 14, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2717 (Kraft) Excavation notice system governing provisions modified.

Representative Kraft moved HF 2717 before the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Kraft moved the H2717DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Kraft moved the H2717A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
