TRANSPORTATION FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 8:34 AM on March 21, 2024, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of March 19, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3436 (Tabke) Transportation; various policies modified, including but not limited to legislative routes, driving rules, small business contract preferences, nondivisible loads, and greater Minnesota transit programs; technical corrections made; and money appropriated.

Vice Chair Tabke moved that HF 3436 be re-referred to the General Register
