TRANSPORTATION FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 8:32 AM on March 26, 2024, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of March 21, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4468 (Koegel) Pavement selection guidelines modified, and report required.

Representative Koegel moved HF 4468 before the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy.

Representative Koegel moved the H4468A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Koegel presented HF 4468 as amended.
