Vice Chair Edelson moved that the minutes of April 20, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
2023 House Budget Resolution Coded BUDRES03-2
Chair Olson moved BUDRES03-2 before the committee.
Chair Olson moved the A01 amendment to BUDRES03-2. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Olson moved to adopt BUDRES03-2 as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED
HF1938 (Gomez) House Tax Bill
Representative Gomez moved that HF 1938 be re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Gomez moved the A16 amendment to HF 1938. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Gomez moved the A15 amendment to HF 1938. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

SF2995 (Liebling) Omnibus Health and Human Services appropriations
Representative Liebling moved that SF 2995 be re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Liebling moved to delete everything after the enacting clause, and insert the language from HF 2930, the first engrossment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Liebling moved the A28-2 amendment to SF 2995. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Liebling moved the A30 amendment to SF 2995. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Liebling presented SF 2995, as amended.
Representative Liebling renewed the motion that SF 2995, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register, and that nonpartisan staff be directed to make any necessary technical changes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
