WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

Representative Jay Xiong, Chair of the Workforce Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM on March 29, 2023, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Baker moved that the minutes of March 24, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2233 (Xiong); Department of Employment and Economic Development policy provisions modified.

Chair Xiong presented HF 2233 and the A23-0107 amendment on an informational basis.

House Research and Fiscal staff provided an informational overview and walkthrough of the A23-0107 amendment.
