WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

Representative Jay Xiong, Chair of the Workforce Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM on March 6, 2024, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Hassan moved that the minutes of February 21, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3386 (Finke); Nonprofit grant funding provided to support LGBTQ people relocating, and money appropriated.

Rep. Becker-Finn moved that HF 3386 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Workforce Development Finance and Policy Committee omnibus bill.

Rep. Becker-Finn moved to adopt the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
