HF 4382* (Coulter): Rules governing licensed child care centers and licensed family child care modernized and encoded; and family child care, child care center works, policies, capacity, staff ratios, equipment, notifications, parent access, record keeping, supervision, facilities, health and safety, food and nutrition, and transportation requirements created.
