Testimony: Written testimony or requests to testify in person must be emailed to the Committee Administrators (Kacie.Petersen@house.mn.gov and Jeanne.Stuart@house.mn.gov). Testimony will be limited to two minutes per testifier. The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the chair and is subject to change. Testimony will be limited to the contents of the bills and the resolution before the committee.

Amendments: Bill Authors and Committee Members wishing to offer an amendment must submit amendments via email to Kacie.Petersen@house.mn.gov and Jeanne.Stuart@house.mn.gov.

Amendments, written testimony, and requests to testify must be submitted by 12:00 PM on April 14, 2026.
