MINUTES
Representative Fran Bradley, Chair of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the twenty-first meeting to order at 10:24 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

HF 1162 (Finstad)  Hospital and clinic grant programs modified, and community health center program eliminated;
Rep. Finstad presented HF 1162.

Rep. Finstad moved HF 1162 be recommended to pass.
Rep. Finstad moved to amend HF 1162 (see Amendment A05-0114 attached).

Rep. Finstad renewed his motion that HF 1162, as amended, be recommended to pass.

HF 1157 (Penas)  Medical assistance swing bed services requirements modified;
Rep. Bradley moved HF 1157 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance omnibus bill.

HF 652 (Bradley)    Provider tax paid by federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics modified, and money appropriated;
