Representative Jim Abeler, Chairman of the Cost Containment Division of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the twenty-fourth meeting to order at 4:42 P.M. on Thursday, March 9, 2006, in Room 300 North of the State Office Building.

Rep. Otremba moved the approval of the minutes from the 1-31-06 and 2-28-06 hearings. THE
MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Rep Abeler moved to adopt the H2438 amendment to HF2438. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
