MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the twenty-second meeting to order at 10:24 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chairman Krinkie moved the amendment labeled H1383A4 to be adopted and incorporated into HF 1383.
Representative Dill amended the amendment labeled H1383A4 by striking the language starting on line 14 after “year.” through the end of line 17.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDEDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chairman Krinkie laid HF 1383 as amended over for possible inclusion in the Tax Committee’s omnibus bill.
