MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the fifth meeting to order at 10:22 a.m. on Thursday, January 27th, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.
Chairman Krinkie announced a continuation of testimony from the Department of Revenue. It consisted of an overview of Governor Pawlenty’s budget proposals that relate to the Tax Committee.

Rep. Knoblach moved approval of the committee minutes for Wednesday, January 26, 2005. Rep. Koenen asked that the minutes be corrected to include his name in the Members Present listing.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED, AS AMENDED.
