Representative DeLaForest moved that the minutes of February 6, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 116 (Atkins) Customer sales and service call center requirements imposed.
Representative Lillie assumed the gavel at 4:05pm.
Representative Atkins moved HF 116 Division Report.
Representative Atkins moved HF 116.
Representative Atkins moved to orally amend HF 116 as follows: P.1 L1.3 delete the words "prescribing a criminal penalty" THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Atkins moved the H0116A1
amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
