MINUTES
Representative David Dill, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:39 P.M. on Monday, February 26th, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. .

Representative Hansen moved approval of the minutes of February 19th, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF 1035 (Solberg) Itasca County; tax-forfeited land assurance fee exemptions provided for certain exchanged land.
Chairman Dill moved HF 1035 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources.

A07-0117 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hackbarth moved HF 191 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Game and Fish Omnibus Bill.
