MINUTES
Representative David Dill, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:07 P.M. on Monday, March 12th, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Knuth moved approval of the minutes of March 5th, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF 1211 (Otremba) Deer hunting; smokeless gunpowder prohibition during muzzle-loader season repealed.
Chair Dill moved HF 1211 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Game and Fish Omnibus Bill.

On lines 1.17 and 1.18 of the H1241A1 amendment strike "under section 97B.035, subdivision1, between the opening of firearms deer season and December 31st" and insert "Not withstanding section 97B.035, subdivision, 1, during the regular firearms deer season".
