MINUTES
Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:19 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2007, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Howes moved approval of the minutes from the meetings of February 15 and February 20, 2007. MOTION PREVAILED THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED
House File 274 (Juhnke) Rural Finance Authority agricultural loan funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
- Rep. Juhnke moved HF 274 and explained the bill.
- Jim Boerboom, Assistant Commissioner, MN Department of Agriculture, responded to questions.
The chair laid over H.F. 274.
Minnesota Department of Natural Resources asset preservation and updates on capital budgets from DNR divisions. Presentation by:
