HF 3901 (Fritz) Steele County; Nursing home bed moratorium exception provided.
Rep. Fritz moved HF 3901 be recommended to pass and returned to the Committee on Finance and further moved the
H3901DE1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
Rep. Fritz offered an oral amendment:
p. 2, line 2.30, delete "annual" and insert "monthly"
p. 2, line 2.31, after "County" before the semi-colon insert "multiplied by 12"
p. 2, line 2.33, before "nursing" insert "relocated"

H3636A-1 amendment. The motion did not prevail.
Representative Hosch renewed his motion that HF 3636, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. The motion prevailed.
Representative Thissen moved approval of the March 18, 2008 minutes. The motion prevailed.
