Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the first meeting to order at 10:01 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m. A quorum was present.
Members and staff introduced themselves to the committee.
Emily Adriaens, Fiscal Analyst, provided a budget overview of the Department of Health and the Housing Finance Agency.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:47 a.m.
