Representative Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called meeting to order at 2:58PM on Monday, February 15, 2010 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.
On the agenda was a Maintenance of Effort study update from Department of Human Services and Department of Revenue.
Testifying before the committee were: Chuck Johnson, Department of Human Services; Steve Nelson, Department of Human Services; Ward Einess, Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Revenue; Joe Mathews, Association of Minnesota Counties.
Representative Lenczewski made a request of the Department of Human Services to get a status report on the progress of the Maintenance of Effort Study in thirty days.
Representative Reinert moved the minutes from February 8, 2010. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
Representative Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, adjourned the meeting at 4:00P.M.
