Representative Bill Hilty, Chair, called the forty-fifth meeting to order at about 1:15 p.m. on April 14, 2010 in the Basement hearing room of the State office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Kulick Jackson moved approval of the minutes of April 13, 2009. The motion prevailed. The minutes were adopted.

HF3033 (Rukavina) Rebate program established for solar photovoltaic modules, and money appropriated.

The chair moved that HF3033 be recommended to pass as amended and be returned to the Committee on Finance. (Amended by DE1 and A1 on 4/13)

The chair moved the H3033A3 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

The chair renewed his motion that HF3033 be recommended to pass as amended and be returned to the Committee on Finance. The motion prevailed. The bill was passed and returned to the Committee on Finance.

HF3348 (Magnus) Propane and anhydrous ammonia terminal capacity study required, and money appropriated.

The Chair moved that HF3348 be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance.

The chair moved the H3348DE1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

The chair renewed his motion that HF3348 be recommended to pass as amended and be returned to the Committee on Finance. The motion prevailed. The bill was passed and returned to the Committee on Finance.

Rep. Falk assumed the gavel.

HF3757 (Hilty) Security transaction security exemptions modified, and money appropriated for the state grant program.

Rep. Hilty moved that HF3757 be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance.

HF3414 (Hilty) Public Utilities Commission supplemental funding authorized, and money appropriated.

Rep. Hilty moved that HF3414 be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance.

Rep. Hilty moved the H3414DE1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
