Representative Joe Atkins, Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:40 P.M. on March 10, 2009, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1048 (Brynaert) Eligibility for benefits under certain training programs provided.

Representative Atkins moved HF1048.
