MINUTES


Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Division, called the eighteenth meeting to order at 10:34 A.M. on, February 19, 2010 in the 200 hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davnie called the meeting to order at 10:34 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Davnie moved approval of HF1746 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Labor committee.

HF1746 (Bigham) Customers protected from injuries resulting from use of inflatable play equipment used for commercial purposes, trained supervisor presence and liability insurance required.

Representative Davnie moved approval of amendment H1746DE2.
The amendment was adopted.


Representative Davnie renewed his motion HF1746 be recommended to pass as amended and be re-referred to Commerce and Labor committee.
The motion prevailed.




Representative Lillie moved approval of HF2781 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Labor committee.

HF2781 (Obermueller) Labor and industry licensing provisions modified, and license fees modified and imposed.

Representative Lillie moved approval of amendment A10-2128.
The amendment was adopted.

Representative Lillie moved approval of amendment A10-2119.
The amendment was adopted.

Representative Simon moved approval of HF2613 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Labor committee.


HF2613 (Hilstrom) Mediation provided prior to commencement of mortgage foreclosure proceedings on homestead property, and homestead-lender mediation account created.
