MINUTES

Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:46 PM, on February, 17 2009, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Falk moved that the minutes from February 12, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Eken invited Jennifer Volkman and Dave Venke from the Pollution Control Agency to give an informational overview of Household Hazardous Waste.

Chair Eken invited Garth Hickle from the Pollution Control Agency to give an informational overview of Product Stewardship.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:02 PM
