Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:41 PM, on March 11, 2010, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Juhnke moved that the minutes from March 9, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Eken moved HF3367 be recommended to pass and referred to the Committee on Finance.

Solid waste disposal facility requirements modified

Chair Eken moved the H3367A1 amendment.

Chair Eken moved the following oral amendment to the H3367A1 amendment:
On line 1.3 after rules insert "specified in this bill, when it becomes law,"
The oral amendment was incorporated into the H3367A1 amendment.

Chair Eken renewed his motion to adopt the H3367A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
