Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:20 P.M. on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Murphy moved that the minutes of January 29, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF250 (Knuth) Children protected from toxic chemicals in products

Representative Murphy moved that HF250 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Environment Policy and Oversight.

Representative Murphy moved the H0250A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Knuth described HF250, as amended.
