Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:15 P.M. on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Huntley moved that the minutes of March 11, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3042 (E. Murphy) Participating provider agreements regulated between health plan companies and health care providers.
Representative Murphy moved that HF3042 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Labor.
