MINUTES
Representative Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:33:21 p.m., on March 15, 2011, in the basement hearing room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Sanders moved HF0823 and recommended that it be laid over.
Representative Sanders introduced HF0823.
David Stalbred from ICBM testified.
Tess Rice from MN Bankers Association testified.
Representative Sanders renewed his motion that HF0823 be laid over.
Representative Hoppe moved HF0529 and recommended that it be passed and re-referred to the General Register.
Representative LeMieur introduced HF0529.
Representative Hoppe moved amendment
H0529A1. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
John Rajkowski from DCI testified.
Phil Raines from ABC testified.
Representative Hoppe renewed his motion that HF0529 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register. The motion prevailed.
Representative Hoppe handed the gavel to Representative Daudt at 2:49 p.m.
Representative Diane Anderson moved that the amendments from March 9, 2011 be approved. The motion prevailed.
Representative Hoppe moved HF0323 and recommended that it be passed and re-referred to the General Register.
Paul Eger from MN Association of Realtors testified.
John Reich from MN Department of Commerce testified.
Representative Hoppe moved amendment
H0323DE1. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
Representative Atkins moved amendment
H0323A1. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
Representative Atkins moved an oral amendment, deleting lines 1.3 - 1.17. In line 1.9 delete "or comparative market analysis." In line 1.20 delete "or comparative market analysis." In line 1.21 delete "or comparative market analysis." The oral amendment was incorporated into amendment H0323DE1.
Representative Hoppe renewed his motion that HF0323 be recommended to pass as amended and re-referred to the General Register.
