MINUTES
Representative Peppin Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2011 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative O’Driscoll moved that H.F. 1376 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

Representative Greene moved the following oral amendment:
Page 1, delete lines 11 and 12 and insert: "EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective when the commissioner of management and budget determines that the e-verify system produces accurate results."
