MINUTES
Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the fifty second meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Quam moved that the minutes of February 29, 2012 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2188 (Kiffmeyer) Voter eligibility provisions for individuals under guardianship conformed to constitutional requirements, and other related procedures modified.
Chair Peppin moved that HF2188 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.

Page 10, line 5, delete the word "award’s" and replace with "a ward’s"
