Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the fifteenth meeting to order at 10:17 a.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Kelly moved that the minutes of February 16, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Gary Karger, House Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of Governor Dayton's budget recommendations and answered questions of the committee.
Staff from the agencies in the budget considerations answered questions of the committee.
