MINUTES
Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. on January 13, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Benson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 11, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Lori Mo, Assistant Commissioner of Accounting Services at Minnesota Management and Budget and Jim Manion, SWIFT Project Coordinator at Minnesota Management and Budget testified on the SWIFT accounting system project status.
Kristin Dybdal, Assistant Commissioner of State Budget for Minnesota Management and Budget and Michelle Weber, Budget System Project Manager for Minnesota Management and Budget testified on the new Budget Information System (BIS) status.
Jeanine Kuwik, Internal Control and Accountability Director for Minnesota Management and Budget presented an overview of Internal Controls.
Gary Goldsmith, Executive Director of the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board presented an overview of the agency.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
