MINUTES

Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. on April 7, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lillie moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 24, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Benson moved that HF 210 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Policy and Finance.

Representative Benson moved the H0210DE5 amendment to HF 210. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Benson moved the H0210A30 amendment to HF 210, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Lanning laid over HF 210 for further consideration by the State Government Finance Committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:58 p.m.
