MINUTES
Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m. on May 6, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Banaian moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on May 5, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Downey incorporated the technical correction to the
H0545A4 amendment to HF 545, as amended.
Representative Downey moved the H0545A4 amendment, as amended, to HF 545, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Downey moved that HF 545, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Winkler requested a roll-call vote.
Chair Lanning recessed the Committee at 8:25 a.m.
Chair Lanning reconvened the Committee at 8:29 a.m.
The following eight members voted in favor of the motion: BANAIAN, DOWNEY, LANNING, LEIDIGER, McELFATRICK, MURRAY, STENSRUD, and URDAHL.
The following five members voted against the motion: GREENE, KAHN, LILLIE, SIMON, and WINKLER. THE MOTION PREVAILED (8-5).
Representative Kahn moved that the Committee reconsider HF 1633, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Banaian moved that HF 1633, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
