MINUTES

Representative Lanning, Chairman of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18 a.m. on March 6, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gunther moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 1, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2169 (Beard) State agency rule review and reporting methods provided.

Chairman Lanning moved HF2169 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Chairman Lanning moved the H2169A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

The committee heard testimony on HF2169, as amended.

Chairman Lanning renewed his motion that HF2169 renewed his motion that HF2169 be recommended to pass, as amended, and re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1988 (Gunther) Truman; storm water project grant funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated

Representative Gunther moved that HF1988 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Capital Investment Committee.

The committee heard testimony on HF1988.

The committee heard testimony on Labor Contract Negotiations.
