Chair Thomas Huntley called the fourth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Committee to order at 10:10 a.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Dean moved approval of the January 17 minutes. The motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.

Doug Berg, Fiscal Analyst, overview of health-related boards and small accounts.

Discussion followed and the Chair adjourned the meeting at 11:32 a.m.
