Chair Clark called the fifteenth meeting of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy to order at 12:35pm on 3/13/2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Isaacson moved that HF1194 (Isaacson) be recommended to pass.
Representative Isaacson presented HF1194 (Isaacson). Minnesota Housing Finance Agency money appropriated.

Representative Isaacson renewed the motion that HF1194 be recommended to pass and be laid over for consideration in the omnibus bill. Chair Clark laid over HF1194.
Representative Bly assumed Chair at 1:34pm.
Representative Clark moved that HF1445 (Clark) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
Representative Clark presented HF1445 (Clark). Health housing grant program established, funding provided for health housing grants and lead poisoning prevention activities, and money appropriated.

Representative Clark renewed the motion that HF1445, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Clark moved that HF1055 (Clark) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Clark presented HF1055 (Clark). Mortgage registry and deed tax deposit in an affordable housing fund provided for.
Representative Clark moved to amend HF1055. (See attached amendment
H1055A2). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Clark renewed the motion that HF1055 as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Anderson requested a roll call for the motion to pass HF1055 as amended.
