Representative Paymar, Chair of Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday, February 20th in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

H.F. 411 (Hilstrom) Money used or intended for use to facilitate a prostitution or sex trafficking offense forfeiture provided for.
Rep. Hilstrom moved that H.F. 411 be recommended to pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Public Safety Finance Bill.

Chair Paymar laid over H.F. 411.
Rep. Savick moved that the minutes from the February 19, 2013 meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Presenting the overview on behalf of the Department of Corrections were:
