MINUTES

Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:09 AM on Monday, May 5, 2014, in Room B2 in the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Friday, May 2, 2014 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.


Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived at that HF 799 (Lesch) be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Dean moved to table HF 799 (Lesch).

Representative Pelowski requested a roll call.

Chair Murphy moved to strike SF 1900 on the Calendar for the Day for Monday, May 5, 2014.

The committee recessed at 9:26 AM.

The committee reconvened in Room 118 in the State Capitol at 11:38 AM.


Chair Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Wednesday, May 7, 2014 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED


The committee recessed at 9:57 AM.


The committee did not reconvene therefore adjourned at the end of the legislative day.
