Representative Murphy, Chair of Committee on State Government Finance and Veterans Affairs, called the meeting to order at 12:31 February 27, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Dr. Eric Jolly, Executive Director and Brenda Raney presented an overview and review of Governor's recommendations for Science Museum of Minnesota.

Trista Matascastillo and Sam Verdeja talked about their partnership with the Minnesota Humanities Center and answered questions from committee members.

Chair Murphy announced the committee was out of time and questions for AMPERS could have to continue at 6:50 tonight when the committee reconvened.

Larry Martin, Executive Director for Commission on Pensions and Retirement; discussed the Governor's budget recommendation and stood for questions from committee members.
Greg Hubinger responded to overall questions on the budget recommendations for the legislature.
