Representative Ben Lien, Vice Chair of Property and Local Tax Division, called the meeting to order at 4:02 P.M. February 20, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Lien moved that HF 39.
Representative Persell presented HF 39 (Persell) Walker; local taxes authorized.
The following person testified on HF 39:
Scott Bruns, Mayor of the City of Walker
HF 39 was laid over for possible inclusion in the Property and Local Tax Division Report.
Chair Lien moved that HF 297.
Representative Liebling presented HF 297 (Liebling) Rochester; local tax authority modified.

Gary Neuman, Assistant City Administrator
Brad Jones, Executive Director, Rochester Convention Visitors Bureau
HF 297 was laid over for possible inclusion in the Property and Local Tax Division Report.
Representative Erickson moved HF 324.
Representative Newberger presented HF 324 (Newberger) Clearwater; local sales tax revenue use modified.

HF 324 was laid over for possible inclusion in the Property and Local Tax Division Report.
Representative Carlson moved that the minutes from February 13, 2013, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:46 P.M.
