Representative Hornstein, Chair of Committee on Transportation Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:09AM Wednesday March 19, 2014 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Johnson moved the minutes from Thursday, March 13, 2014 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Vice Chair Bernardy assumed the gavel at 10:10AM
Rep Hornstein moved HF2395 be referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Hornstein presented HF2395 (Hornstein) Transportation finance governing provisions amended, gross receipts motor fuels tax established, metropolitan area transit sales tax amended, trunk highway bonds issued, and money appropriated.
