MINUTES

Representative Hornstein, Chair of Committee on Transportation Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:10AM Thursday March 20, 2014 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hornstein moved HF2395 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Hornstein presented HF2395 (Hornstein) Transportation finance governing provisions amended, gross receipts motor fuels tax established, metropolitan area transit sales tax amended, trunk highway bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Hornstein moved to amend HF2395. (Please see attached HF2395A4 amendment.)

Representative Masin moved to amend the HF2395A4 amendment. (Please see attached HF2395A15 amendment.)
