MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, began the meeting at 2:47 p.m. on February 11, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 2:50 p.m. and the meeting was called to order.

Representative O’Driscoll moved that the minutes of January 28, 2015 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF544 (Albright) Transferring responsibilities relating to administration of the federal weatherization program and the low-income home energy assistance program.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF544 be re-referred to the Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance Committee.

Chair Hoppe moved the H0544A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Halverson incorporated a modification to the H0123A4 amendment as follows: Page 1, line 4, after "shall", insert "provide the committee name that funded the production, print and distribution of the material. Such material shall".
