Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 a.m. on March 26, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Rarick moved to approve the minutes of March 25, 2015.

Representative McNamara moved HF 1835 (Runbeck) Metropolitan Area Water Supply Advisory Committee modified and duties specified, water supply plan requirements modified, report required, and implementation of groundwater management area plan delayed, for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.
Representative Fischer moved the H1835A2 amendment.

Representative Dill moved HF 1429 (Dill) Beltrami, Carlton, Cass, Crow Wing, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Hubbard, Lake, Martin, Pine, St. Louis, Todd, Washington, and Winona Counties; public and private sales and conveyances of state lands provided, and prior sale authority modified, to pass and be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
Representative Dill moved the H1429A2 amendment.

Representative Dill renewed his motion that HF 1429 be passed and be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
