Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:59pm on March 22nd, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Dean called the meeting to order at 12:59pm, a quorum was present.
Representative McDonald moved approval of the March 17th 2016 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.
Joanne Bartkus, Public Health Lab Director, MN Department of Health presented on the MN Department of Health bonding request.
Commissioner Emily Johnson Piper, MN Department of Human Services; Deputy Commissioner Chuck Johnson, MN Department of Human Services; Carol Olson, Director of Forensic Services (St. Peter), MN Department of Health and Human Services, presented on MN Department of Human Services bonding requests.
Representative Dean moved that HF 2395 be laid over.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 2395 be laid over. The Motion PREVAILED.
Representative Dean moved that HF 2394 be laid over.
