Representative O’Neil, Vice Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:55PM on March, 16 2016, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Isaacson moved that the minutes of March 15th, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Students with intellectual and developmental disabilities pilot program at state universities implementation required.
Representative Daniels moved HF 2896 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Higher Education Policy and Finance Omnibus Bill.
Representative Daniels testified in favor of HF 2896.
Representative Daniels renewed the motion to lay over HF2896 for possible inclusion in the Higher Education Policy and Finance Omnibus Bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
